We are not responsible for any health decisions made based on information provided by the app.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GitBalance and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the availability of GitBalance, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice.
